Return conditions:

If the vase you received has quality problems or does not match your order, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receipt.
The returned vase must be unused and in good packaging, with original packaging and all accessories.
Return process:

We will provide a return mailing address, please follow the instructions to pack and return the vase safely.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its status, we will process the refund.
Refund method:

The refund will be returned to your payment account by the original route, and the processing time is usually 7 working days after receiving the returned item.
Note:

Special price items or customized items are generally not returned unless there is a quality problem.
The return postage is borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is that the wrong item was received or the item is defective.
